By accessing and using this Website, and its products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to changes and modifications from time to time. Any changes will take effect on the date to which they are posted on this Website. You should therefore check the Terms and Conditions before placing subsequent orders.

We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any viruses or other technically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs or data as a result of your use of this Website or of your downloading of any material posted on it, or any website linked to it.

REGISTRATION

When placing an order on this Website, you are required to register with Stephen John Salon. You must supply accurate and complete personal details. Should any of your registration information change, you must notify us immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account username and password.

We reserve the right to refuse access to this Website, terminate accounts, remove and edit content, or cancel orders at any time and for any reason.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
To order goods on this Website, you must be 18 years old and over.
When purchasing goods on this Website, your order is sent directly to our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff dispatch the item(s). We will aim to do this the same day for all orders into our shop (Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm, excluding bank holidays).

AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, we may be out of certain items and waiting for delivery. We will inform you by e-mail if this situation occurs.

We shall endeavour to supply any and all items ordered. However, we reserve the right not to supply any or all items ordered by a Customer if the same are not available.

PAYMENT

On placing an order, you are required to provide payment details. When placing an order you confirm that all payment details provided by you are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods and delivery.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

When placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order. It is a confirmation that we have received it.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.

Until you receive the confirmation e-mail of the products dispatched, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of an order is only possible prior to the item(s) being dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please telephone 01284 700100.

As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

PRICING

Prices shown on this Website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The Delivery charge is an additional cost.

We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are correct; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel an order under this circumstance, and if you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.

Prices displayed on this Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased in store or by any other means, We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any point.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers may only be valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher.

We will not take responsibility for lost, stolen or deleted vouchers. The full value of the voucher must be used at the time of making an online purchase. If the value of the voucher does not cover the full value of the order, additional payment must be made by bank card or PayPal
